Buying in the EU

If you buy online within the EU, Iceland or Norway, you have strong consumer rights, particularly if something goes wrong. In this section you can find out when you can cancel an order and get a refund, what to do if your delivery is late or doesn’t arrive and how to deal with a poor service experience. We also provide letter templates to help you resolve any issues.
